All seeds from Irie Genetics are shipped with USPS tracking numbers, so if you claim you did not receive seeds, and the tracking numbers confirm the package was delivered, there are no refunds or replacements.
We do guarantee to replace any item if the product is proven defective. To request a refund email rastajeff@iriegenetics to initiate the exchange process.
Replacements will be dispatched within 14 days of completed exchange request. Replacements are sent at our discretion.
Irie Genetics does not offer or accept exchanges.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may request a replacement, not a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order as per our returns policy above. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.
